The inspection program

Florida Premium Metal Roofing offers complimentary metal roof inspections to homeowners of qualifying residential properties in approved Florida ZIP codes. Eligibility requires property ownership, an approved location, a verified market value of at least $2,000,000 and interest in metal roofing. We may decline any application.

Accuracy of information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the owner of the property.

Inspections and work

Inspections are performed by our contracted metal roofing partner. Any proposal, contract, pricing or warranty for roofing work is solely between you and that company. [Contractor license information — pending confirmation]
